I love this Panasonic VIERA X1 Series TC-L26X1 26-Inch 720p LCD HDTV. My Sony 21″ tube Tv of twenty plus years finally began to go out on me so it was more cost successful to buy a new LCD Tv instead of fix the old Sony. The clarity of what HD channels I have on cable are fantastic.

I have fundamental cable and most digital channels are converted down to analog but it still displays the analog channels relatively perfectly. I’ve read most LCD’s don’t do a nice job with analog signals. The speakers are mounted underneath the Tv but do sound surprisingly excellent. You can’t anticipate house theater sound from any of these kinds of speakers or even much bass but voice clarity if excellent.

I also looked at a equivalent Sony model in this range but settled on the Panasonic as it seemed to have additional vivid color. The remote control is perfectly laid out and does the work well. I won’t be utilizing the iPod dock and have no opinion on it but have utilised the SD memory card slot. The Panasonic VIERA X1 Series TC-L26X1 26-Inch 720p LCD HDTV has built in software for that SD card for viewing digital photos and it displays photos nicely, certainly this also depends on your camera as nicely. Can’t go wrong with the Panasonic Viera TCL26X1 if your searching for a 26″ for the bedroom or kitchen.

Have you see the Panasonic VIERA X1 Series TC-L26X1 26-Inch 720p LCD HDTV? If you have not seen it then you will never know the beauty of the Tv. The Panasonic TC-L26X1 LCD TV is really superb choice in it’s class.

If you put the Panasonic VIERA X1 Series TC-L26X1 26-Inch 720p LCD HDTV in the bedroom it suit well and looks great (picture and aesthetics wise). You will find that the set up process is simple and easy. The make it sound right, the setup was a snap and picture is truly beautiful and great.

The sound system is just fine but adequate for a small set. And when I used it with together with a Samsung Home Theater the sound become more great and fabulous.  The another thing that I like this model (Panasonic TC-L26X1 LCD TV) is the iPod dock (for select iPods, nanos, touch and phones) you don’t have to waste your time by calling the Apple stores. They cannot tell you which units work.They refer you to Panasonic.) because we have friends who have lots of stuff on their units and this is a quick way to share (video, photos). We haven’t tested that yet.

My only complaint so far with Panasonic VIERA X1 Series TC-L26X1 26-Inch 720p LCD HDTV is that the sleeper timer does not have a dedicated button on the remote. If you want to use the function , you have to go through into two differend menu screen to get it. It’s waste my time doing that.

I know that this has been a lenghty review, but I hope that I’ve given you enough information for you to make an intelligent purchasing decision.
